Last night at the beach, we decided to cook in! Wow!!! What a feast!! We had a wonderful crisp tossed salad with a choice of homemade dressings..either a honey ginger or thousand island...YUM!!! Both were fantastic!! Then we had a shrimp dish that was very flavorful!! (Trip's mom had just given us this recipe) And last, but certainly not least, was Darrell's crab cakes...they were AWESOME!! We were all stuffed....and there is nowhere down there that could have done a better job with the food!! And the company was superb!!! We look forward to next time!!
