Merry Christmas....WHAT???

A friend of mine posted on her facebook account the "Christmas Countdown" ...wow! I would say that I can't believe anybody is even thinking about Christmas right now....but I have a darling daughter that is a "planner". And she plans EVERYTHING....so she has certainly been thinking about Christmas!! And we have decided to draw names this year! I am so glad...with so many people being in such dire straits... it just doesn't seem or feel right to spend so much money on things we just really don't need! We are so blessed...we have a roof over our heads and food on the table...cars to drive...and I could go on and on! We have everything we need and most of what we want. I am very glad that my children have said "enough".... so I will, of course, buy for my angel babies...and I will try to help a few more people this Christmas! Working in a school; I see first hand, up close and personal, how many families need so much! So of course we have begun to plan for Christmas....heck, we already have our names drawn!!!
