1. What is your Dad's middle name? Carroll..yep! he LOVED it!! LOL.
2. How many children did/does your Dad have? Three...and I was #3!! Third time's the charm!!
3. Does/did your Dad have a hobby? He LOVED to fish!! And he loved to golf! He was a "scratch" golfer..and many Friday nights in the summer he would say "let's go fishing" and off we would go to Emerald Isle...good times!
4. What is your Dad's favorite color? It was blue! Carolina blue.
5. Did he serve in the Armed Forces? Yes. In WWII, he was a Medic.
6. Have you ever seen your Father cry? No..I never did.
7. Did/does he have a favorite song or musical talent? He had several favorite songs.."How Great Thou Art" was his favorite hymn. He could play the piano and he loved to dance! He used to win dance contests..and he taught me how to do the jitterbug!
8. Did/Does he have a sense of humor? Oh yeah!! He LOVED to laugh and he had a very dry sense of humor...and he thought he was a riot when he was trying to embarrass me!
9. Does/did he have a temper? I have been told he did...but I never saw it...he was the best!
10. What is a favorite memory of your Dad? So many great memories! Sitting on the porch with him on summer nights, fishing on the pier with him, driving his golf cart....and when he told my husband...."she'll always be MY baby"....
